Job Description/Overview
As a Clinical Lead at Barchester, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents. You’ll oversee care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead on safeguarding policies. Your responsibilities will include clinical decision-making, project management, and providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the team. Key Responsibilities
Implement and oversee care plans for residents, ensuring all needs are met.
Ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and safeguarding policies.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to the care team.
Keep the team updated on clinical developments.
Use professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Strong understanding of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Experience
Experience in gerontology and clinical mentorship is essential.
Skills
