About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop essential skills in recruitment. You’ll work remotely as part of a collaborative team, sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, shortlist, and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Perform background checks to verify candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding processes and recruitment reporting.
