Job Description/Overview
As a Care Team Leader at Sanders Senior Living, you will embody professionalism, kindness, and compassion. This role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that ensures residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest care standards, keeping accurate records, and fostering effective communication among colleagues. Additionally, you will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering physical, social, and emotional care to residents, managing medication, and conducting medication audits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants
Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication
Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in care planning
Build strong relationships with residents and staff
Qualifications
Experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care
Leadership experience in a care setting
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential
Experience
Prior experience in a leadership role within a care setting is preferred.

Salary
£13 per hour
