Job Description/Overview:
Sanders Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join the team at Graysford Hall. This role is night-shift focused, with the goal of enhancing residents’ lives by fostering a caring and supportive environment that promotes independence. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities with residents, providing essential care that prioritizes their comfort, dignity, and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents in daily activities, ensuring a compassionate and respectful approach.
Promote independence and a high quality of life for all residents.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and joyful atmosphere.
Qualifications:
No prior experience is required, though it is beneficial. A compassionate and patient demeanor, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this role.
Experience:
Previous experience in care work is advantageous but not necessary, as training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong empathy and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
A proactive, positive approach to care.

Additional Information:
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Hours: 36–48 hours per week (Night shifts)
