The Sales Manager will be a key contact for client inquiries, oversee comprehensive customer service, and develop new sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer support.
Deliver full-spectrum client services and maintain strong customer relationships.
Create and implement new sales strategies in collaboration with senior management.
Conduct customer needs assessments and potential analyses independently.
Qualifications:
Background in freight forwarding and logistics services, particularly air and sea freight, or a degree in business with a logistics focus.
Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Motivation to develop new business opportunities and grow within the company.
Experience:
Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is ideal, though open to candidates with various backgrounds.
