Job Description/Overview:
CarMax seeks a Sales Manager Trainee to inspire exceptional performance among store associates. The role involves leading a commissioned team, supporting sales efforts, and fostering a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team and work with other sales managers to achieve strong sales results.
Recognize team members’ skills and goals, and build development plans.
Analyze and track sales performance to meet targets.
Solve problems and find new opportunities for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least three years of management experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.
Experience in establishing action plans to enhance sales performance.
Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire others.
Flexibility for store opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience:
Previous experience in management and sales is preferred.
Skills:
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sales metrics effectively.
