Job Description/Overview:
This is an Evergreen position for continuous talent sourcing while awaiting anticipated openings. Ad Hoc is a digital services company dedicated to helping the federal government better serve people, focusing on bridging the gap between government and consumer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an experienced individual contributor, with minimal oversight, while further developing leadership skills.
Build relationships with team members, government and company stakeholders, and program management.
Lead cross-functional efforts, navigate ambiguous requirements, and support delivery.
Conduct, analyze, and share research findings; prioritize projects to balance research team capacity.
Mentor researchers, provide feedback, and guide strategy for program research.
Identify and communicate risks to leadership, providing recommendations for mitigation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in user research.
Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies in an agile environment.
Strong experience in collaboration and mentorship within cross-functional teams.
Experience:
Extensive experience with research principles and technologies.
Prior experience in government contracting is preferred.
Skills:
Strong influencing skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
Skilled in planning, conducting, and synthesizing research.
