Job Description/Overview:
Icon Legacy is seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join the team. In this role, you will manage the sales process, generate leads, and promote the company’s goods or services. You will handle customer interactions, process orders, and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in this role will involve achieving monthly sales targets and coordinating with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
Explain company policies to customers via cold calling
Sell products and services to customers
Coordinate with team members and other departments
Manage merchandise returns and refunds
Provide exceptional support to existing customers
Record customer demands, needs, and preferences
Submit daily activity reports to the manager
Meet monthly sales targets
Process sales orders and contracts
Explain product details to customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1 year of experience in Sales or a similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Strong understanding of sales dynamics and processes
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Experience:
1 year of experience as a Sales Representative, Insurance Agent, or similar role.
Skills:
Strategic prospecting
Problem-solving and networking
Strong work ethics and ability to manage tasks efficiently
