Job Description/Overview:
Ad Hoc LLC is a digital services company dedicated to helping the federal government improve its services through modern, agile solutions. The Researcher I role supports future hiring needs, as this is an Evergreen position. Researchers will assist with outreach, recruitment, and participant scheduling for research studies. This role connects with product teams to improve services for Veterans, support healthcare access, and contribute to other significant government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach, recruit participants, schedule sessions, and track research participants.
Plan and facilitate feedback sessions, analyze data, and communicate recommendations.
Collaborate with research and product teams, supporting delivery requirements.
Facilitate discussions with team members and stakeholders to meet program needs.
Support other team members through note-taking, organizing information, and adapting to team needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of experience.
Exposure to research principles, including evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative methods.
Ability to deliver program/project requirements through applicable research concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WordPress.
Experience:
Relevant experience with usability testing and research methods.
Skills:
Strong communication and analytical skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively.
Capable of adjusting to diverse project needs.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$80,000 – $95,000 annually.
