Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will coordinate and manage marketing resources to build marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies for Wipfli’s Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Intellectual Property products. The Product Marketing Manager will develop partnerships with solution partners, support the tech consulting growth targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies for Wipfli’s product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs, supporting Wipfli’s tech consulting growth goals and generating measurable ROI.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends in collaboration with the Insights and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Partner Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with key VARs, including Microsoft, Sage Intacct, and Oracle NetSuite, to support Wipfli’s growth strategy.
  • Campaign Ownership: Lead marketing campaigns from inception through execution, continuously optimizing to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze and monitor campaign performance, applying insights to enhance future strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, demand generation, public relations, and research teams to meet the needs of industry marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience with a strong understanding of the marketing mix and strategy application.
  • Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage relationships with peers and senior-level colleagues.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in technology product marketing, particularly with VARs like Microsoft, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment, especially in serving internal stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:
Wipfli values equal pay and individual contributions. The salary for this role is $97,000 to $130,000, determined based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include:
