Position Overview:
Are you passionate about cars and eager to kickstart your career as an automotive journalist? We are looking for a Junior Web Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a background in journalism or a related field who wants to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare stories and photos for publication on AutoLoanDaily, PriceWheels, and CarPurchasingPower websites.
- Write blog entries and other engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Utilize our content management system and blog upload tools to post articles and digital content.
- Conduct research on current automotive industry news and trends to inform your writing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of academic experience or related work experience.
- Solid understanding of the automotive industry and current trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with HTML and basic internet publishing.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and related Adobe programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
