Job Description/Overview
Econocom PSF, part of the larger Econocom Group, is looking for an Inside Sales professional to join its Luxembourg office. In this role, you will be a key part of the Sales team, supporting commercial activities and working closely with an Account Manager. You will be responsible for creating, following up, and supporting commercial offers, as well as prospecting and developing a portfolio of new clients. This position offers you an opportunity to engage with IT services, build client relationships, and promote Econocom’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with an Account Manager to manage complete sales cycles.
Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of professional clients.
Create, follow up, and support commercial offers from inception to order fulfillment.
Drive client retention through rigorous and quality follow-ups.
Represent and promote Econocom’s brand and services.
Stay informed on market trends, technology evolution, and the solutions offered by Econocom.
Maintain high service standards to differentiate Econocom in a competitive market.
Qualifications
Minimum Bac+2 degree, with relevant experience in IT services or business sectors.
Knowledgeable about IT technologies and industry trends.
Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in communication, negotiation, and diplomacy.
Ability to present the company’s commercial vision and guide sales conversations.
Enthusiastic about innovation, sharing ideas, and teamwork.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages (Luxembourgish or German) are an advantage.
Experience
Previous experience in IT services or a similar business environment.
Skills
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in keeping up with technology trends and client needs.
