Job Description:
The Global Treasury Manager will focus on liquidity management, banking relationships, and capital structure for the EMEA and APAC regions, reporting to the Assistant Treasurer. The role includes managing automated cash pools, trade finance, and intercompany loans, overseeing bank credit lines, supporting acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with AML and KYC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Liquidity and capital structure management for EMEA/APAC.
Bank relationships, credit lines, and global bank compliance.
Treasury analysis on bids, tenders, and credit arrangements.
Monthly and quarterly cash, debt, and forecast reporting.
Treasury lead for regional projects, including acquisitions.
Collaboration with Luxembourg-based accounting on financial issues.
Qualifications:
Strong treasury background in large, international companies.
Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus.
Experience:
Knowledge of cash management, financial reporting, and treasury systems.
Skills:
Strong project management, task prioritization, and communication skills.
