Job Description/Overview:
Universal Care Services is a leading home care organization that supports vulnerable adults across the Midlands, United Kingdom. We aim to promote independence, ensure comfort and health, and provide high-quality services to each client. We are currently recruiting compassionate care assistants to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
Document care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.
Ensure the safety, dignity, and comfort of clients.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; full training and shadowing will be provided.
Kind, friendly, and compassionate personality.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable and flexible.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Driver’s license and access to a car required.
Experience:
No prior experience necessary. Full training provided.
Skills:
Positive attitude toward supporting vulnerable adults.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £12.10 – £12.25 per hour
