Job Description/Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised IT Business Change Analyst to join the Group Informatics team at MFT. The role involves supporting the transformation of services through technology, applying business change processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document business cases, applying budgeting, benefits tracking, and demand management principles.
Analyze and review systems and processes to determine and implement future requirements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project requirements and manage conflicts.
Lead design and requirements phases for small to medium projects, identifying improvements and efficiencies.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
Qualifications:
Education to Postgraduate level or equivalent experience within Informatics.
Prince 2 Foundation certification.
Experience:
Demonstrable experience in gathering and documenting requirements across a spectrum of specialties.
Experience in developing business cases and operating in a matrix management structure.
Strong understanding of project finances, risk, issue management, and dependency management.
Skills:
Advanced IT skills and detailed knowledge of Business Modelling and Analysis.
Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders positively.
Excellent planning, organisational, and financial management skills.
