Job Description/Overview

As a Medical Representative in our Established Pharmaceutical division, you will be responsible for driving consistent sales growth, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your assigned geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
Organize appointments and meetings with HCPs.
Meet the business and scientific needs of HCPs by presenting Abbott EPD products.
Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Plan and schedule weekly and monthly timetables with clear KPIs.
Achieve sales performance goals in the assigned geographic area.
Provide consistent market feedback to the company.
Qualifications
A degree in pharmaceutical or medical sciences.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales (2-3 years) in Kuwait.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Experience
2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
