Job Description/Overview
As the Head of Human Resources for Europe at Lombard Odier & Cie, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the HR strategy to support business transformation across Luxembourg and its European branches. You will lead the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and reporting to both local and global teams. You will also be a member of the Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies to support business transformation.
Lead and manage a team of 4 HR professionals.
Collaborate with the Group’s departments to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with employment obligations in multiple European countries.
Participate in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and report to regulators.
Align local HR agendas with global strategies to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
Ability to act as a strategic HR Business Partner at an executive level.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience working with staff representatives and managing key stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience
Proven HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-jurisdictional, multicultural environment.
Skills
