About Us:
Aurora Labs is the development company behind Aurora, an EVM blockchain on the NEAR Protocol, and Aurora Cloud, a suite of products enabling companies to capture Web3 value through Virtual Blockchains. We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team. The Content Writer will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Ecosystem Partnership Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate engaging, informative content across multiple platforms aligned with company objectives and growth strategies.
- Support the Marketing team by creating content around blockchain, cryptocurrency, and enterprise trends to position the company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a comprehensive content strategy and calendar, ensuring proper execution, tagging, and tracking.
- Collaborate internally to source and co-create original content for social channels, supporting core company initiatives.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation.
- Curate and proofread content from internal and external sources.
- Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for engagement and impact.
Required Skills:
- Editorially qualified or experienced.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage quick turnarounds and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Experience simplifying technical concepts into easily understandable content.
- 3+ years of experience creating crypto and blockchain-related content.
- Native English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a marketing communications environment, either agency or client-side.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience with Social Media Content Management Tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Creative flair and excellent attention to detail.

Salary and Compensation:
