Job Description/Overview:
Steel Shed Solutions is an international digital platform based in Luxembourg, specializing in the design and online sale of kit metal buildings. We are seeking an HR Manager Adjoint to contribute to our HR department’s daily operations and organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Update social dashboards and facilitate internal communication and HR campaign calendars.
Deploy HR policies and ensure compliance, promote HR communication actions, and manage HR action calendars.
Support workforce planning initiatives and manage training plans and budgets.
Provide operational support for our French site and advise managers on HR matters.
Counsel managers on HR issues.
Oversee personnel administration and payroll production, suggesting corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Labor Law.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and French labor laws.
Experience:
Proven track record in job management, employer branding, and project deployment and tracking.
Skills:
Pragmatic problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Engaged and attentive to employee needs.
