Job Description/Overview:
Join CareWise as a Care Worker and provide essential support to service users across Sussex. You will assist with personal care and daily activities in clients’ homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks.
Help with shopping and meal preparation.
Prompt medication administration.
Support clients with daily routines and leisure activities.
Facilitate community access and socialization.
Qualifications:
Caring, reliable, and trustworthy with a compassionate attitude.
Ability to follow Carewise’s policies and procedures.
Must be available to work alternate weekends.
Willingness to undergo training and supervision.
Right to work in the UK is essential.
Experience in care is preferable but not essential.
A full driver’s license and access to a car are required.
Experience:
Some care-based experience is preferred but not essential.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
Reliability and honesty.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Additional Information:
Salary: £11.90 per hour.
Minimum of 38.5 hours per week for full-time.
28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata).
