Job Description/Overview:
Arendt & Medernach is seeking an HR Services & Operations Officer for a fixed-term contract of 4 to 6 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling administrative tasks related to new joiners, absence management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and/or review of contracts for new joiners.
Support in administering new joiners, including follow-up on hiring formalities and management of personal files.
Encode leave and illness in the HRIS and follow up on extraordinary leave.
Provide quality administrative support for HR processes related to time management and hiring.
Participate in internal HR process optimization projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources (Bac+3/Bac+4).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proactive attitude with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Fluency in French and good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Proficient in IT tools, especially MS Office (particularly Excel).
Experience:
Previous experience in HR roles is advantageous but not required.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
