Job Description/Overview:
JND is seeking a Marketing Manager to work on high-impact partnerships that align with product launches and campaign goals. This individual will take end-to-end accountability for creating and managing partnerships that amplify brand and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement, ensuring alignment with company goals and partner synergies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage partnerships that support specific campaigns and product launches.
Establish frameworks for partner collaboration that align with business and brand goals.
Negotiate and execute contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with legal and financial policies.
Track and analyze marketing/partnership performance and adjust strategies where necessary.
Serve as a consultative expert on partnerships and business development for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Carrier/Retail account teams to align partnerships with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
8+ years of experience in Partnership Marketing, Business Development, or Account Management.
Experience negotiating complex deals with large international companies.
Strong ability to manage partnerships and communicate effectively at a senior level.
Proven strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Experience:
Partnership Marketing, Business Development, or Channel Sales Management experience (8+ years).
Experience in working with technology platforms and large-scale internet brands.
Existing connections and relationships with leading media and internet brands.
Skills:
Expertise in contract negotiation, adhering to legal and financial policies.
Strong project and program management skills.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
