Job Description/Overview:
Soelect Inc. is a fast-growing, multi-patented clean technology startup that has developed an advanced lithium metal composite anode. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment, employee relations, and development of HR strategies to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Address employee grievances and foster management relations.
Enhance employee engagement and motivation.
Monitor HR systems and procedures.
Create a positive working environment.
Oversee performance appraisal systems.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree with 7 years of relevant experience in HR or equivalent.
Preferred experience in recruiting and employee relations.
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM) is desirable.
Global mobility experience with immigration law is a plus.
Experience in a large manufacturing environment is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload demands.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in HR, particularly in industries or profit organizations.

Additional Information:
Wage range: Negotiable, up to $85,000 per year, based on experience.
