Job Description/Overview:
Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer enquiries, order processing, and provide first-line technical support for a range of healthcare products. This role will collaborate closely with the commercial sales team and supply chain to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders through ERP systems from various channels (email, phone, online).
Communicate proactively with customers about order status and other inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
Maintain accurate customer data and support the sales team.
Provide first-level support for product complaints and technical inquiries.
Assist with inventory, invoicing, and data reporting.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; further customer service education is advantageous.
Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Fluent in Finnish and strong English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
