Job Description/Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them to the lounge area, and pre-qualifying them by collecting their information. The role involves ensuring the showroom is clean and organized, following up on missed appointments, and filling out daily showroom reports. The ideal candidate should prioritize customer satisfaction, have a pleasant and professional demeanor, and be able to work on computer programs like Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and guide them to the lounge area
Pre-qualify customers, collecting data like name, mobile, email, and vehicle of interest
Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and lounges
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule
Fill and share daily showroom reports
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
Self-motivated and able to handle demanding customers
Presentable and professional with a pleasant personality
Must be a team player and punctual
Ability to work with computers (Word, Excel, Internet)
Experience:
College graduate or high school diploma with a good command of English
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to handle demanding customers
