Job Description/Overview:
White Oak has been providing exceptional quality home care services in Western Australia for over 20 years. We are expanding our team and seeking committed, passionate, and caring individuals to join us as Community Support Workers. In this role, you will travel to multiple clients per day, supporting them in their homes by following care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including showering and grooming.
Provide medication prompts and meal preparation.
Support clients with hoisting/transfers and social engagement.
Offer respite and domestic assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
Cert III in Individual Support / Aged Care (required for personal care services).
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care support or a similar field.
Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with registration.
Experience:
Prior experience in aged care or support services is essential.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
