Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns targeting patients. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help optimize strategies across various channels, including email, search, social media, and display advertising. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for creativity and data-driven decision-making, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Execute strategies across email, search, social media, and display advertising channels.
- Liaise with web designers and developers to create effective digital materials.
- Analyze trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages and improve user experience.
- Enhance the end-to-end user experience across various channels and customer touchpoints.
- Optimize conversion points and user funnels to improve overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing (B2B or B2C).
- Experience in patient recruitment is a bonus.
- Demonstrable experience in email, search, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Creative and innovative approach to profiling, targeting, and campaign development.
- Understanding of web design and development.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
