About the Position:
Are you passionate about managing a brand’s online reputation and community building through social media platforms? If so, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain the brand’s reputation by representing its voice in discussions about our products across various channels.
- Create and manage engaging social media accounts to foster a strong community of BURGA enthusiasts.
- Engage with communities on different social media platforms by responding to comments and messages.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements on social media.
- Manage both positive and negative feedback effectively.
- Stay updated on social media trends and bring creative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a community or support manager is a plus, especially with global audiences or launching community initiatives.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in both English and Czech.
- Strong understanding of how the social web operates, including social networks, blogs, and forums.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, pop culture, and online marketing channels.
- Keen awareness of current social media trends, including trending TikTok sounds and recent memes.
- Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in this role.
