Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will focus on driving patient recruitment through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including email, search, social media, and display advertising.
As part of the team, you will analyze performance data, identify trends, and refine strategies to boost campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate with web designers and developers to ensure optimal performance of landing pages and digital content. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for patient recruitment.
- Plan and execute strategies covering email, search, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with web designers and developers to create campaign materials.
- Optimize spend and performance based on trends and insights.
- Brainstorm and execute new growth strategies with the team.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign results.
- Enhance the user experience across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Analyze and optimize user funnels and conversion points.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging digital technologies for campaign improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the patient recruitment space.
- Demonstrable experience in email, search, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in targeting and engaging audiences through digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of web design and development.
- Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to digital marketing.
