Job Description/Overview:
Flen Health is an international family-owned company focused on innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, particularly in wound and skin care. We are seeking an International Marketing Officer to join our Export team. This permanent full-time position will report directly to the International Business Development Director and is responsible for managing all marketing activities for our distribution markets to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Flen Health products and increase visibility and awareness on export markets through strategic marketing plans.
Plan and organize export-related events.
Manage the training platform for distributors, including training follow-up, data extraction, and certification registration.
Draft and publish marketing content, newsletters, and updates related to export activities, including contract activations, donations, partnerships, and events.
Locate or create marketing materials such as brochures and videos.
Collect data from distributors for marketing strategy assessments.
Collaborate with export and local marketing teams to manage marketing plans for key distributors, including webinars, exhibitions, congresses, and roadshows.
Coordinate case studies with the medical team and organize round table discussions and advisory panels.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and local product website improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders (distributors, marketing, regulatory affairs).
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to implement and manage new projects.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across multiple organizational levels.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Familiarity with the wound care market is an asset.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, German, French, or Italian is a plus.
