Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will handle various office duties, including mail distribution, scheduling appointments, and data entry. The role involves supporting staff consultations, managing employee data, and maintaining inventory. This position requires on-site work, with no option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
Open and distribute mail and materials
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer and relay telephone messages
Oversee employee data analysis
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts
Set up and maintain filing systems
Perform data entry and provide customer service
Maintain and manage a digital database
Consult with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Skills:
Ability to multitask
Organized
Reliable
Attention to detail
