Job Description:
Helika provides industry-leading solutions to help studios build, grow, and optimize their games. We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to play a key role in developing and executing Helika’s social media strategy. In this position, you will manage our social media accounts, develop strategies to increase engagement and followers, and create content that resonates with our audience. You will engage with prospects, studios, and key opinion leaders through value-driven commenting and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. Staying on top of gaming and Web3 trends, you will interact with the community and collaborate with our Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to create cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in Web3, gaming, or tech
- A passion for Web3, blockchain, and gaming; active participation in relevant communities is a big plus
- Strong understanding of how to engage audiences on different platforms and create on-brand content
- Ability to write in a clear, casual, and engaging tone that fits with our audience
- Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and accounts, keeping content fresh and exciting
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a desire to build something from the ground up, taking full ownership of social channels
- Willingness to work hard and grow with the company as we scale
- A creative thinker unafraid to try new strategies and ideas
