Job Description/Overview:

This full-time, permanent position involves office support duties, including basic bookkeeping, data entry, and customer service. Work is conducted on-site with no option for remote work. Shifts include day, weekend, overtime, and flexible hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Send and receive messages

 

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

 

Prepare invoices and bank deposits

 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

 

Perform data entry

 

Provide customer service

 

File materials in storage area

 

Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets

 

Qualifications:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year

 

Skills:

 

Basic bookkeeping

 

Data entry

 

Customer service

 

Time management

 

Attention to detail

 

MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
