Position: Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
This full-time, permanent position involves managing office operations, scheduling appointments, handling employee data, and overseeing reports and contracts. Work is conducted on-site with no option for remote work. Shifts include day, evening, weekend, early morning, and morning.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
Respond to electronic enquiries
Oversee the preparation of reports
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
