Job Description/Overview:
The role involves coordinating the flow of information within the team and managing daily operations. Additional tasks include managing contracts, answering inquiries, and maintaining filing systems. The position is on-site, with no remote work option available.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Direct and control daily operations
Manage contracts and establish office procedures
Schedule appointments and distribute mail
Oversee employee data analysis
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts
Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Perform data entry and provide customer service
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months
Skills:
Data entry, customer service, and office administration skills
Ability to establish office routines and manage information flow
