Job Description:
We are looking for a German-speaking Freelance Influencer Manager to support our Relationships team in Berlin. The 1000heads Relationships team is a collective of influencer and advocate specialists, delivering transformational social-first work for our clients. In this role, you will manage influencer relationships across a variety of brands, working with internal teams such as Accounts, Insights, and Strategy to execute influencer campaigns. Key responsibilities include strategy development, influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, activations, and reporting.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of influencer activations, which include outreach, meetings, status updates, talent identification, negotiation, contracting, and invoicing. You will also keep clients informed of campaign progress, use research methodologies to identify influencers, and develop strategies for promoting campaigns on social platforms. This role involves reporting trends, creating pitch materials, and offering suggestions to improve strategies based on insights.
Requirements:
- Passion and experience in the influencer industry
- Experience managing projects from brief to delivery, working with multiple teams and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Strong ability to create visually appealing decks and documents
- Excellent communication skills for different audiences
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail

- Full professional proficiency in both German and English
