Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies that engage audiences and drive results for our clients. You will work closely with clients, media teams, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and effective social media experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, content plans, and KPIs in collaboration with the account, creative, and client teams.
  • Identify and leverage untapped social media opportunities to drive client value.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with strategic and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging copy and visuals.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of social media content and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and changes.
  • Manage client social media profiles, including optimization and content scheduling.
  • Consult with media teams to integrate social media with paid and owned content.
  • Moderate comments, engage with the community, and amplify brand interactions.
  • Generate and present KPI reports, social listening insights, and performance benchmarks.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy and management.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to craft actionable social strategies and content ideas.
  • Proficient in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout).
  • Experienced in client relationship management and effective communication.
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and reporting with a solid understanding of relevant social KPIs.
