Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a Japanese Speaking Social Media Producer to join our team, managing our social media presence in line with our casino brand’s positioning. Reporting to the Head of Social Media & Community, this role blends creativity with analytical skills to craft engaging content that enhances brand awareness and drives user engagement. You will manage our casino’s social media across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, and Telegram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content that aligns with the casino’s brand and engages our audience.
- Create and execute content calendars, scheduling daily posts that highlight our features, promotions, and gaming portfolio.
- Collaborate with community teams to develop content for community platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Organize and promote engagement activities (giveaways, Q&As, polls) to strengthen community ties.
- Collaborate with influencers to grow brand reach and social media following.
- Produce video content showcasing games, features, and benefits.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and refine content strategies for optimal engagement and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the online gambling industry.
- Crypto knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of casino and sports betting audiences, including fiat and crypto gamers.
- Skilled in content creation across text, images, and video.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to guide data-driven strategies.
- A creative mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Interest in crypto is beneficial.
