Job Description/Overview
The Royal Opera House is seeking a Systems Analyst to join the Technology Services and Infrastructure team. The role involves providing high-quality first and second line user support, problem-solving, project implementation support, and record-keeping for the service desk and knowledge database. This position offers £28,600 per annum and will involve 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to various departments through service desk systems.
Solve technical issues and support project implementations.
Maintain accurate records for the service desk and knowledge database.
Promote continuous learning and improvement within the service delivery team.
Qualifications
Experience in IT support, preferably with a service desk environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft products, office systems, and enterprise systems such as CRM and finance systems.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA Service Desk.
Good understanding of ITIL procedures or similar service delivery methods.
Experience
Demonstrated experience working in IT service delivery roles.
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of customer care and responsiveness.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
