About the Role
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for employees across the LATAM region. You will handle end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll verification, employee settlements, statutory compliance, and working with vendors for payroll reconciliation. You will also manage employee queries and support internal teams with payroll-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly payroll payments
- Verify payroll inputs and outputs for accurate processing
- Handle full and final settlements and one-off payments for resigned employees
- Coordinate with vendors and finance teams to reconcile payrolls and payments
- Ensure compliance with statutory dues and review notices from government departments
- Prepare and validate payroll reports, including variance and comparative summaries
- Provide payroll support and documentation for audits and payroll setup processes
- Implement payroll process automation initiatives and manage vendor performance

Ideal Candidate
- Extensive knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and compliance
- 4-7 years of experience in payroll delivery
- Ability to work with regulatory bodies and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently and with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Go-getter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability
