About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing startup. You’ll work closely with our founder and sales team to introduce the Esevel platform to prospective clients, playing a key role in our continued success. This role is more than just a job—it’s an exciting journey in the world of IT management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn Quickly: Master the product, value proposition, and address any objections with confidence.
  • Prospecting: Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
  • Research & Lead Generation: Identify key players, generate interest, and develop opportunities through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Outbound Communication: Engage prospects via calls, emails, and video meetings with high attention to detail.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects before passing them to the Account Executive.
  • Scheduling: Set up prospecting meetings for Account Executives.
  • Testing Outreach: Research and implement new outreach methods to boost success rates.
  • CRM Management: Track leads diligently through CRM systems like HubSpot.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of success in business development or outbound sales.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong sense of urgency and ability to exceed sales KPIs.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Driven, self-sufficient, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written command of English.
  • Startup Experience: Prior experience selling complex solutions to startups and small-medium businesses is a plus.
  • High-Growth Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments is preferred.
