Job Description/Overview:
This full-time, permanent role in the real estate sector involves managing daily operations, coordinating HR activities, planning budgets, supervising staff, and organizing office functions. Tasks also include managing seminars, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals
Manage the flow of information within the team
Direct daily operations and supervise staff
Plan and control budgets and expenditures
Schedule appointments, respond to electronic inquiries, and answer phone calls
Record and prepare meeting minutes
Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Train staff and other workers
Supervise 3-4 people
Qualifications:
College/CEGEP
Experience:
Experience is an asset
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word, and Office
Strong communication skills (oral and written), multitasking, time management, flexibility, and client focus
Adaptability, accountability, and dependability
