Job Description/Overview:
As a Vice President in the EMEA team, you will manage all aspects of the Buy-side Trading Services relationship across a portfolio of Agency Securities Finance and Collateral Management clients. Your focus will be on enhancing client revenue and profitability, driving incremental sales growth, and providing subject matter expertise in Agency Securities Finance and Collateral Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key Buy-side Trading Services clients.
Understand and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations for assigned clients.
Serve as an escalation point for client experiences and issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
Collaborate with Global Agency Securities Finance Trading and Investment desks on revenue optimization opportunities.
Develop and execute an annual client strategy and calling plan with a focus on revenue optimization.
Maintain oversight of client program parameters and profitability, monitoring associated risk factors.
Communicate market and regulatory developments (e.g., Uncleared Margin Rules) to identify revenue opportunities and act in an advisory capacity to clients.
Travel occasionally as required.
Qualifications:
Understanding or experience in securities markets is essential.
Extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly with high-profile institutional investor clients.
Strong knowledge of securities financing and trends in the securities lending industry.
Proven track record of effectively working with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of profit drivers in securities finance.
Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA preferred (not essential for the right candidate).
