Job Description/Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Uber Eats, you will partner with independent restaurants and well-known chains in Luxembourg to shape the culinary landscape. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, negotiating partnerships, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with restaurant partners.

 

Negotiate Smart: Manage contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial relationships with restaurants.

 

Communicate Value: Clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats and introduce new products to help restaurants succeed on the platform.

 

Optimize for Growth: Collaborate to refine processes and ensure scalability for Uber Eats.

 

Take Ownership: Manage restaurant selection in your area, building a portfolio of top dining experiences.

 

Exceed Expectations: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, driving regional growth.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside and/or field sales, ideally in a high-growth company (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality) or a client-facing role.

 

Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts.

 

Strong relationship-building skills and ability to win new business over the phone.

 

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive for success.

 

Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with people.

 

Ability to remain organized and poised in a fast-paced environment.

 

Professional proficiency in French is required; Luxembourgish and/or German is a plus.

 

Experience:

 

Sales experience in a relevant industry is preferred.

 

Skills:

 

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

 

Excellent verbal communication

 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
