Job Description/Overview:
The System Engineer will diagnose and resolve OT/IT issues in the plant, including packaging/process control systems, shop floor applications, and various network systems. The role involves creating technical documentation and supporting the training of technicians in operations, maintenance, quality, and other support functions. This is an on-site role requiring 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PLC, shop floor, and networking systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
Develop improvements to shop floor systems.
Provide support for new equipment installations and focused improvement projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide training to operations and support functions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure system functionality.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in troubleshooting OT/IT systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of PLC systems and network infrastructures.
Experience:
Beginner level: 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Critical thinking and attention to detail.
Good time-management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:
