At 360Learning, we believe in the power of collaboration and the impact of a well-implemented digital training platform. Our Implementation team plays a critical role in onboarding new customers, working across departments (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to understand client use cases and translate them into successful platform setups. We are looking for a Solution Deployment Manager to join our team and lead our clients through the implementation lifecycle.
Position Overview
As a Solution Deployment Manager, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover to handover to support. You will drive project management, define the 360Learning platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs), and provide guidance to ensure successful platform deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Within 1 Month:
- Become proficient in Trello through our onboarding process.
- Understand our product offerings through comprehensive training.
- Master the platform to support clients with basic requests via ticketing.
Within 3 Months:
- Begin onboarding your own clients.
- Drive project management to ensure successful platform deployment, from the kick-off meeting to handover to support.
- Host functional and technical workshops with clients to assist in platform customization.
Within 6 Months:
- Successfully deploy the 360Learning platform for new clients.
- Implement integrations (SSO, third-party tools) and deliver technical expertise on integrating the learning platform into clients’ technical environments.
- Pitch the value of the 360Learning platform effectively.
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes to enhance project quality and delivery.
Within 12 Months:
- Onboard a new Solution Deployment Manager.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services offered to clients.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional consulting experience in a customer-facing role (Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Technical Project Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant).
- Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR.
- Strong project management skills.
- Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
- A solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience, from highly technical stakeholders to less technical ones.
- Organized, structured, and analytical with the ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
- Native German proficiency and very good English proficiency (level B2).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
