Key Responsibilities
- Main Contact for Gig Workers: Serve as the primary point of contact for gig workers, offering assistance and support throughout their journey with NoGigiddy.
- Proactive Engagement: Actively engage with gig workers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, helping them achieve success.
- Support: Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone, offering clear and accurate solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for gig workers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of customer success strategies and processes.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field, ideally in the gig economy or staffing industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear guidance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Customer-Centric: Empathy and a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM software, and other relevant platforms.
- Independence: Ability to work remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
