Job Description/Overview:
The Sr. Quality Engineer will research and test the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes while developing quality standards. The role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, evaluate product integrity, and develop quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve sampling procedures and designs, as well as quality and reliability data.
Oversee programs evaluating precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing processes.
Conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
Lead quality control initiatives in design, process control, product evaluation, and automated testing.
Supervise teams involved in measuring and testing product quality.
Develop and implement quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred).
5-10 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Proficiency in quality engineering, especially in manufacturing environments.
Skills:
Technical: Microsoft Office, Problem Solving, Minitab.
Soft: Strong communication skills, leadership in problem-solving processes, and teamwork.
