At 360Learning, we are committed to transforming corporate learning, and we are seeking a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to secure new clients within the UK. This role targets mid-market companies with 100 to 5,000 employees and will place you in a collaborative team of 3 UK Account Executives, working alongside over 20 Mid-Market representatives across EMEA, including France, the UK, and Germany.
Position Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will lead opportunities from demo to closing, play a key role in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), and expand your network with HR and training decision-makers while developing winning sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Within 1 Month:
- Familiarize yourself with the team and how 360Learning operates.
- Discover our key features and learn about Convexity, our corporate culture.
- Participate in various customer meetings to understand our processes and tools (Trello, Salesforce, etc.).
- Complete your onboarding process.
Within 3 Months:
- Perform your first product demonstration to clients.
- Ensure accurate reporting of your activities to optimize your forecasts and build effective sales strategies.
- Build your sales pipeline and close your first deal.
Within 6 Months:
- Establish a solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers in the UK.
- Manage a continuous flow of inbound projects.
- Identify and develop the best business opportunities within new accounts.
- Meet and exceed your quarterly targets.
Within 12 Months:
- Prepare to tackle more complex, multi-thread deals.
- Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your insights with the organization.
- Improve our sales playbook and participate in internal projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry or significant experience in strategy consulting.
- Proven experience performing complex software/platform demos during the sales process.
- Strong ability to establish trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent active listening skills and a collaborative, “Team Player” attitude.
- Familiarity with basic elements of HR culture is a plus.
- Fluent in English (US/UK).
