Position Overview
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our remote team in Greece. This role is crucial for focusing on Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services while visiting Hematologist and Oncologist offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Biotech or Pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Development: Create a referral physician network of Hematologists and Oncologists for Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services.
- Outreach: Make outbound calls to Hematologists’ and Oncologists’ offices to raise awareness of Massive Bio’s offerings and follow up with in-person visits.
- CRM Management: Maintain current CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up communication with physicians and reporting results to internal leadership and team members.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate feedback from physicians’ offices to Massive Bio’s sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations teams.
- Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physicians.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market’s potential and status reports.
Candidate Profile
- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably with respected pharma companies.
- Network: Extensive network of Hematologists and Oncologists.
- Mobility: Ability to travel to Hematologist/Oncologist offices using public transport or personal vehicle (mileage or public transport costs will be reimbursed).
- Languages: Fluent in English and the local language.
- Terminology Familiarity: Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Location: Must be local and residing in Greece.
